In today’s time, the gaming business is booming. With big tech giants investing billions into fancy video-game sectors, we have a lot to expect. Recently, Google gave us some concrete evidence on its Stadia venture which led to a mass outcry. To explain Google Stadia, it could be said that you can play modern games on probably anything that has an internet connection and a screen. Without any heavy downloads, without any tedious installation procedures, you can go play high-resolution games simply through the Chrome browser.

It seems that being streamed from the Cloud is the new extravaganza in the Gaming industry. Ever since Sony’s PlayStation Now was released in 2014, people never stopped expecting and hoping for more. And they were right to do so.
With Google’s Stadia and Microsoft’s Project xCloud hitting the market soon, the daily gamer’s excitement is finally coming to fruition. The action will, then finally boil down to what you are going to choose.

With Project xCloud you could stream any Xbox game on other systems which have got the Xbox One Console. With the entire library of Xbox One games at your fingertips, Microsoft has definitely got to keep your adrenaline rushing through the veins. And what’s even better? You can use the same Xbox controller to play on any screen you want. Moreover, if one doesn’t have an Xbox controller or just doesn’t want to use it, Project xCloud will also include simple touch-based interfaces with virtual buttons mapped to the mobile screen. Though, in the official demonstration by Microsoft, it was clear that one can pair the Xbox controller with the mobile. That’s your hands-on feel right there.

While Microsoft is striving hard to leave the impression, the expectations are rising high for the popular Minecraft titles. This will mark the second decade of Minecraft, the studio of which was purchased only a few years ago by Microsoft. The family-friendly game is bound to generate the same sensation as was created by Pokémon Go, perhaps on an even bigger scale.

Both, Minecraft Earth and Minecraft Dungeons, the augmented reality games will be released soon for the Android and IOS devices. The credit is to be given to a relatively small team of 20 people who designed and will be rolling out the game any time now, in the coming months.
With a hint of hilarity, the well-known sword-fighting, sorcery based fantasy game is now also expected to be one of the first games that would be rolled out under the Project xCloud header. With the same intense action and cartoonish sappiness of Minecraft, the mobile-based versions will be addressing aggressive marketing in the coming months soon after they are released.

There is no doubt that with the augmented reality, Minecraft Earth will be putting the budding architects to good use, all the while giving them the times of their lives. Thanks to the influence generated by Lego!
This time though, the whole venture will not just be limited to the action and arcade varieties. With a hint of adventure, Minecraft could also be a game with flamboyant areas designed for exploration.

It has been a while since the wave Pokémon Go settled and died. Players have been waiting for something with a bit more zing. This could be Microsoft’s chance to get Lion’s share in the gaming market with a game that has been thoroughly loved.
The main thing to look out for in the newer versions here is the Augmented Reality. Engineers have been working tirelessly, working creatively on demand, hammering the metaphorical nail with the first sense of turbulence.
Designed from the ground up, Minecraft will nevertheless expect competition from those who still are trapped in the claws of Pokémon Go. Moreover, with other new games being released like the Harry Potter adventure game “Wizards Unite”, the choice would eventually be a personal one.
What once started as an experiment, turned the future events drastically into what will be the new bar. Anything less than this will be automatically regarded as out-dated and a waste of time.

With all these tech giants giving us the much awaited moments of thrill and dopamine rush, one thinks about how it is actually happening in the background. Cloud gaming, slowly yet steadily taking charge of the gaming market, takes advantage of the latent power of servers.
Traditionally, when you play a game in your personal computer system, the load is automatically put on the processing speed of your CPU and the Graphical Processing Unit, or the GPU. Playing on the games being streamed from the Cloud, one notices the big difference that the individual’s hardware and software support takes a back seat. With outrageously powerful servers, the games in the test runs are being streamed with 4K resolution 5.1 Dolby Surround sound. Though, the least you can do here is have good internet connectivity at hand. The advisable speed would be more than 30mbps.
Soon, it will be painful just to imagine a world with computers that boot slowly, where the RAM gets jam-packed with junk! With tens of gigabytes of space in the mobile’s memory, one gets the best experience that could be wished for. All thanks to the cables lowered under water enabling us with high-speed internet and the technology-driven minds that feast us on dopamine spikes that the players so deserve!
With your own fantasy world in your hands, you can create, build, destroy anything that you want. And being family friendly, Minecraft can be expected to be the new household name. And soon, it will be difficult to imagine a world without it, much like the internet itself, or electricity, for what matters.
If everything goes according to what has been planned so cautiously and meticulously, this will be the public’s new high. The technology of Augmented Reality coupled with the hard work and skill of the great minds in the gaming industry might eventually shape our digital world a bit more different than the one we see.
